Good to know
- Please pack your child with lunch daily. We have a refrigerator if needed.
- We are a Nut-Free Facility. Tell us about any allergies, ADHD, Autism, Sensory Impairment or other special medical needs prior to camp.
- Pickup is from 3:45p–4:00p. Your child must be picked up by 4:00p at the latest; late pick-ups will be charged our late fee of $30/hour.
- Code Ninjas provides computers with all required programs downloaded and tested. Your child should not bring their own laptop, but custom accessories are welcome.
- Age listings are recommendations only. The minimum age for Code Ninjas camps is 5 years old. We strive to provide first-class support to every participant regardless of age or experience.
Camp questions, answered
What should my Ninja bring?
A refillable water bottle, a snack, and lunch every day. All laptops, kits and devices are provided. If your child has custom accessories (keyboard, mouse, microphone, headphones) they prefer, they are welcome to bring them.
Can I mix topics across weeks?
Yes. Every week is standalone, so you can book a robotics morning one week and a Roblox afternoon the next.
Is there a sibling or multi-week discount?
Reach out to our team and we'll walk you through current camp bundles.
What is the cancellation policy?
Camp cancellations incur a $75 cancellation fee, no exceptions, and must be submitted 7 days in advance of the currently enrolled camp start date. Cancellations within six (6) days or less prior to the first day of the program are non-refundable. Transfer requests are free when submitted 7 days in advance; a $75 fee applies to transfer requests within 7 days of the enrolled camp start date. Transfers are based on availability.
What about allergies or special needs?
We are a Nut-Free Facility. If your child has food or other allergies, ADHD, Autism, Sensory Impairment, or any other special medical need, please email us so we can take appropriate measures to maximize comfort and fun for your child.
